[GreenKeys] Need advice - 28 selector almost works OK

A Big Thank You to Jerry, Don, Jack, and Jim -
Now I've got a good list of things to investigate this weekend thanks to
these experienced gentlemen. It was a relief to hear that selector
cam/lever wear is highly unlikely. I'll keep the list posted on what I
find. I figure having this info go into the archives can't hurt.
