[GreenKeys] M15 paper path

On the top of the Model 15 cabinet, there's two moving parts.
The glass lid that tilts forward, and the metal lid that lifts towards 
the back.
The paper just sits between them. No special path, things to go through etc.
This is the model 19 set, but it's still basically a model 15 printer at 
the heart.
