[GreenKeys] Black tape

WNC were great folks... we used to  sell  some wrightline   stuff and  they 
 would  front the inventory.

blue tape was normally all Mylar  with no paper, that being written… 
Teletype did make some test tapes that were  blue paper with Mylar in the middle.

Various punches and readers were  used, but the model 43 was popular for 
these applications.  Western  Numerical Control used to refurbish the reader 
punch units. For some time they  used to show up on eBay.
