It doesn't change the speed as such. It shifts the timing of the action
with reference to the beginning of the start pulse enough that you
can copy 67 WPM code if it's fairly clean to begin with.
You won't have very much range adjustment to allow for distortion at
67 WPM.
It's still a 60 WPM machine.
I did the opposite with a model 32 running at 67 WPM so I could copy
60 WPM. But it'd better be a CLEAN signal with little or no distortion.
