I'm not aware of one, but that doesn't say it does not exist.  I guess
Paul Cembura has such a reference in his head.  At the factory there were
Bills of Material and part drawings and if the part was something peculiar
there would be a "used on" item referencing a higher-level bill of
material or drawing.  But you could consider a part like 2191 (#6 lock
washer, the single most-used Teletype part) and they were used on 
nearly everything.  2191 probably fell from its position with the 32/33
line going into such high production quantities and using mostly screws
designed for automatic screwdrivers.
