Right. Actually, the blue pair is connected to pins 4-5 in an RJ45 modular connector. This is not unusually intended for phone use. With Ethernet on pins 1-2-3-6 you won’t have a conflict between a regular phone and ethernet and can run only one 4 pair cable for both.
