[GreenKeys] Model 28

Hi there,

 

Was looking at this auction with curiosity: greenkeys at mailman.qth.net

It looks to me like he's got two different teletypes in the photos?
Thinking the second one is the correct one?  

 

Having the reperforator - does that make this Model 28 an ASR?

 

I'm also wondering how hard it'd be to rig something up so that it could
communicate with a computer such as the Altair 8800.  I understand these
models use different encoding.
