The unit showed up today, and it seems to be in truly excellent shape. No obvious damage or signs of extensive wear or abuse. It has lost a fair bit of black wrinkle paint off the typing unit frame, but I can't complain about that.
But despite all of the other preparations I made for it, building hardware, writing software, etc.. I can't figure out how to hook the dang thing up!
I have quite a few pieces of documentation for it, perhaps too many - but so far, I can't find a simple
"Here is how to connect the M15 TTY" section.
Underneath the cover, the machine has two double-row screw terminal blocks. A long one on the RH side about mid-way along, and a shorter one on the LH side, near the rear.
There is an AC power cord connected to two of the RH terminals. There is also a male TRS plug connected to two terminals on the same block. Only the T and R connections are used, the sleeve is unwired.
So.. where are the Tx- / Tx+ and Rx- / Rx+ connections, where I can hook-up my RS-232 / 60mA converter? Any other assist would be welcome, as there's also this question about a line relay (that allows a remote machine to enable the printer, I think).
As ever, TIA..
