[GreenKeys] Patch cables needed

With regards to patch panels if you're looking to make one, you can
order the correct jacks from Switchcraft, unfortunately they're
special order types so you'll be paying a pretty penny for them...

In any case from my "research" into it, based on the manuals provided
on Nick's site:
Western Electric Type 303A Jack ---> Switchcraft MT332C
Western Electric Type 438C Jack --> Switchcraft CMT336E
Western Electric Type 552A Switch --> Switchcraft 11206L
Western Electric Type 458 Socket + WECo 2Y Lamp + WECo 2H Lamp Cap --> ?
M642/1-1 (1/4" Longframe, Black handle) --> Switchcraft 420
M642/1-2 (1/4" Longframe, Red handle) --> Switchcraft 425

The switch and lamp are shown in this PDF of Army patch panels
<http://www.virhistory.com/navy/tty/ttypatch-usa-01.pdf>.

For the different kinds of switchboards illustrated on Nick's site you
would need:
SB-6 --> 12 MT332C, 4 CMT336E
SB-1203 --> 24 MT332C, 6 CMT336E
SB-1210 --> 18 MT332C, 12 CMT336E
SB-3576 --> 72 MT332C, 48 CMT336E, 1 MT331

Meters, potentiometers, et cetera; are left to the reader to
determine. (Read: "I can't be arsed to go find information for that
right now.")

Hope this is helpful to anyone interested in making a patch panel.

Cheers,
Christian
