[GreenKeys] In other news (Motor speed control project.)

I received a dozen PC boards in the mail this morning.
So the first thing I did was stuff a bunch of parts into one of them.
Having accomplished that, I went about building the speed sensor
and making the 3-wire cable to connect them together.

Tomorrow's project will be testing the control board to see if it
toggles properly at 450 and 495 RPM.
