[GreenKeys] how did the ap and upi teletypes motor on and off? i do not see extra stuff

A lot of the Extel printers were ribbonless and used a special impact
sensitive paper from 3M that must have been expensive.  Other Extel
printers were fitted with ribbons and could use ordinary paper.  So
far as I know you can't get the impact sensitive paper anymore, so
Extel printers without the ribbon mechanism are dead.
