To stay compatable with the old machines it should be CR CR LF LTRS with
out the spaces that I put in to make it clear.
The two CRs are for radio circuits incase on is missed, then the LF comes
and a LTRS or if the first character is a FIGS then that could be sent. The
reason is that the mechanical machines need about 2 non printing characters
so the carriage can get back to the left.
The sequence should be sent to start with to make sure the machine starts
off with a fresh line and at the end of the transmission so there will not
be any over printing of the message due to static or other noise being
received.
