OK!  So far...the  threads are really fine..... I found  some like  regular 
 wheels and about the same dia.  but all  stores have coarser threads... 
tempted  to  coarse TAP  the  hole out  with the   coarse  dia and hope there 
is  enough  thread  to hold  the shaft in.  
 
BUT!
It would be nice to  do it  right!  and  would  be   neat to have the  e
xact match if  easily done   rather than just the black tire casters.
 
These added  leg things make the stand more stable as they are longer  than 
the standard legs... they are massive bars of aluminum If there are none of 
 these accessory kits around probably because  the bar is a clean   piece 
of  scrap.
 
So 3 things  I can do
 
1- find the upgrade orig. parts. There are two sizes  to the threaded  
shaft if used at front or the back of foot.
2- math the threads and find  tire casters.
3- ream it out  with a coarse tap.

Grainger  or McMaster-Carr.  That's the sort of part Teletype would  buy
