Yes, that's Type 2 Dataspeed with the 202 modems that look like funny
telephones.  The 402 sending modem looks like that but smaller.

AT&Ts concept for DataPhone included "voice coordinated" transmission -
operators would first talk to each other on the phone and then switch
into data mode to send the tape.  But I suspect it was much more common
for computers to dial up unattended Dataspeed stations at night when
long-distance phone rates were lowest.
