There are companies (at least there are in Houston) who are much easier to 
deal with than Kinkos that offer large format scanning and/or printing 
services.  I've used one named Thomas Reprographics for the past 20 odd years to 
print manual foldouts larger than 11x17.   I think that the largest they can 
currently handle is 36" tall.  Width is only limited by the length of paper 
rolls that they can find.  200' is readily available.  My company used to 
routinely do oscillograms on 11" by 475' paper, but I haven't kept up with 
that since about 1990..
