M14 TD available... The good news: sync motor and TD runs great and reads tape well... The bad news: geared for 100 speed.... $10 plus shipping from 93247 (hey, if nothing else you get a sync motor!)
Sadly, I will be listing a lot of heavy metal shortly. Due to a work injury quite a few years ago I am becoming more and more disabled, gradually losing the use of my arms and hands. Yes, there are a series of 4 to 6 surgeries with 80% - 90% success rate but Workmans' Comp keeps finding creative ways to disallow the surgeries even though I have three orthopedic surgeons and a neurologist stating the procedures are common and appropriate and should be covered by Comp. The bottom line is that I will be paying my part myself for the surgeries so all heavy metal, among other things, must go. These include a special Model 19 and table that has function keys that count Ns and count spaces, complete with (disconnected) power supply and (disconnected) jack panel, a rare "mailbox" Model 15 that works great, a couple of M14 typing reperfs in repairable conditiion, a couple of M15 complete typing unints, an M15 RO complete machine, an M15 series motor complete machine, an M14 TD, an Iron Horse tape perf, a M14 non-typing reperf,a Dovetron TU as well as two other name brand TUs and a told state designed TU by Irv Hoff before he started work on his famous line of TUs culminating in the ST6 ( yes somewhere I have all the assembled modules for and ST6), and lots of spare parts from type baskets, gears, motors, to EOL lamps for 19s. I even have the motor shut off assemble from the M15. I also have a LOT of tape and paper, most paper being two copy with carbon and I usually separate the two copy with carbon rolls into two complete rolls.
If you are interested in any items please wait to contact me until I list the items unless your need is urgent. I have some difficulty getting to and moving things due to the arms and hands thing so you may well be on your own to move any items you want should you come for them. Some items can be shipped and the kid next door or a local friend will package them for me for a small fee. Packaging will be double boxed for safe shipment! A few items may be missing a keytop fo two but there are list members that may be able to supply these.
Thanks so much,
John, WB6BLV93257
(disclaimer: yes I am 90 minutes from that Fresno equipment previously mentioned but I have no connection whatsoever to it nor any idea of the identity of the owner/seller)
