[GreenKeys] 28 reperf LRR ??

[Nick England]

Rice recently sent me this photo - I think the LRR must be a typo of LPR,
but I have not seen a 28 reperf cover like this - with the tape reel
outside the cover and no plastic window at the tape out corner..
Can anyone provide a reference, part number, or info?
