Not wanting to get into a big rules discussion, but things have changed. As
there has not been any FCC requirement (I am leaving out other countries
from this) to use the M as mobile, it can not be used now because of some
other rule changes. Same with a R for repeater.

I agree with Jeff, something similar to what he said would work beter.
