Hello All - - -

Was in contact this morning with the fellow who has agreed to help with
the print hammer project.

The CADCAM work has been completed, and has "printed" two parts of the
prototype. The third will be "printed" this afternoon, and I will go
over and see it as soon as I get word.

Some changes have been made.

The dimension of the slot which allows the hammer to be mounted was felt
to be too small to survive using a non-metalllic material, so it will be
machined from stainless steel.

The mold will be a three part creation.

The size of the mold was increased so that 25 pieces can be made in a
single batch. This will make availability faster because there will be
more to begin with.

The process of changing the drawings/machining specs will take a few
milliseconds to convert from 3D printing to CNC milling.

Thought you folks oughta know things are progressing.

W7TTY
