[GreenKeys] western union 3b looks like a model 14 maybe it really is? INFO?

Without a picture I can't even guess much, but
2B is the Western Union version of the Model 14.  so far as I know all had
celluloid keytops.  And the other difference from the standard Model 14 is
that the 2B uses 5/16" tape rather than 3/8"  I've heard some W.U. 
employee won a big suggestion award for suggesting that they narrow the
tape by 1/16".

Where space permitted, the 2B sat toward the right end of a table and
then to it's left was a "gumming desk" which had a clamp to hold message
blanks, a clip to hold a message number checkoff sheet, and a curved
part at the back to hold the tape moistener tool.  There was also a little
box with a felt in it and kept full of water in case extra moistening
was needed.

Where space did not permit the above, the cover of the printer was adapted
to serve for gumming the tape.  Maybe that is a 3B - I dunno.
