Agreed.
If I had the money ( I can come up with 100 if they will sell for that ) and a way to get them to texas, I would gladly buy both

Worth is what they are worth to you :-)
Using the two in Tucson as an example, to me $100-200 each for the condition they are in is
reasonable. Other may not agree. On the flip side if you not in a rush, one will eventually
show up for pretty much free.
I only have one 28 its a KSR and it showed up at Goodwill about 10 years ago for $25. The
downside is it is a weather model (key caps & type box).
Can one person move at 28, sure. I've unloaded that 28, a 35 both KSR and ASR, and a 15
you just take break them down in to major assemblies. Once broken down its more of
volume issue, image getting a ASR top through a 30" door by yourself.
What else you ask about parts, my experience has been with members of this list
the issue is more turning down offers then not finding the part, and instead of being offered
the part your offered a whole printing unit.
So ... what a better excuse for a road trip .. go for it !!!

Hey Ed! Want to go halfsies? I've got a pickup truck.
Can one person move these around? Might be to much for my collection.
Actually I'm a computer guy mostly on Greenkeys for the ASR33s and the colorful folklore.
What r they worth? Parts available?
Historically were Model 28s ever connected to computers directly or indirectly via time sharing etc?
