[GreenKeys] model 14 and 2B questions

Dick I  would need a closer  photo...one thing that  the 2b dies not like is 3/8  tape  WU used 
narrower a bit than 3/8!

Please see the attached photo.  I got a high resolution scan from the park, then cropped it to show the item in question only.  Here's what my non-expert eye sees, to be corrected by expert opinion:

1. The tape looks thin, especially as it enters the machine and as seen through the window.

2. There seems to be tape pasted to the paper holder above the window with possible evidence of earlier pasted-on take having been removed.

3. A holder possibly containing radiogram blanks to the left of the machine near where the tape exits.

We have several of the three slot paper holders like the one screwed to the top of the machine.
