Congratulations on the acquisition.. I'm sure it will keep you entertained
(in a manner of speaking) for some time to come. ;-)

Should clean up very nicely, too. Avoid solvents on the case finishes,
stick with hot water, detergent & soft brush if needed. Some Novus 2 on the
plastic window works miracles. Let me know if you need a new ribbon and/or
paper.. I have more than I need of both, as I had to purchase more than I
wished to get supplies for my M15. I don't have punch tape, though.

The motor is definitely a regular 120V AC synchronous / induction type. I
have no knowledge at all wrt the perforator or its power requirements.
Someone who actually knows something will have to assist you there.
