Are you sure that's not supposed to be acetone & power steering fluid? Seriously, look it up.. it's a weird and widespread misapprehension. 


That said, if you can find a way to mix acetone and PSF, please let us know. Most folks, myself included, found the two totally non-miscible. They separate out like oil & vinegar salad dressing. 


Don't look at me funny, I'm just reporting it.

If kroil didn't get in there I don't think Evaporust will help. 
It's not like a penetrating oil, but it's no more viscous than tap water. 
Perhaps a little "soapy."
