[GreenKeys] Looking for ASR-33 adapter board for DEC computers

I'm looking for an adapter board that DEC computer corp. put inside ASR-33s
that they shipped as computer consoles.  It looks like this (from the front
side):

It's a simple board, just a relay that allows the computer to remotely turn
the tape reader on/off.

I can make one from scratch but I thought I'd see if anyone one on the list
has an original one of these that they could part with.
