[GreenKeys] How much juice from a solar array?

There's a number of variables for which assumptions must be made to get an answer: time of day (sun angle), time of year (max sun angle), overcast (haze, clouds, rain), age of the panels (they degrade over time), sun-tracking or fixed installation & installation angle. And around here, how many panels were smashed by the last hailstorm! :-(

This is off-topic - BUT this groups has so many
experts in so many fields, that you can ask just
about anything and get an answer here!

A new super-Walmart just went up near by.

I'd say the parking lot is equal to 2 football fields.

Above the entire parking lot are huge solar panels.

Does anyone have an idea what kind of power that can
generate? If not, does anyone know how much each one
of the panels that they put on your house can generate?
