[GreenKeys] calibrating speed on a 14 and 15

Hi all,

as I have two machines that are in need of speed calibration and lack 
the tuning fork but have a abundant amount of Arduino's, oscilloscopes 
and frequency generators at my disposal, what rpm are the motors 
supposed to run on. Of course these are the governed motors with the 
speed changing wheel in the external interrupter part.

there are white and black blocks on the outside.

I remeber reading about a electronic speed control someone build, but I 
am unable to locate the info.

Besides that, I am working on a ESP8266 to heavy metal box, so that our 
beloved machines can connect to Wifi and do all kinds of stuff. the 
Software Library used just passed sending serial 50 baud tests. Now I am 
working on receiving part. Then finally do the internet part, but as 
that part is already done by someone else, i merely need to wite the 
right calls to the library for that. Then I will be able to attach the 
machine to IRC , twitter, whatsapp (if available) and maybe itelex.

but first the speed issue...
