[GreenKeys] is my Model 15 motor shot?

Hi,
I suspect it's OK.....if the fuse did not blow, as you said earlier then
it's unlikely it's shorted. Are you able to confirm it is an AC
Synchronous Motor, or a AC Governed Motor? My motor is a 50Hz, 110V
motor (for Australia), so may be slightly different to the 60Hz version,
but within ballpark....Depending on the multimeter, some are not great
at measuring low resistance accurately. Did you measure the resistance
at the motor terminal studs? If so you could check the remaining circuit
by checking the continuity between the spring fingers that connect to
the motor, and your power plug. I suspect that there is an issue with
the motor control relay contacts......you should be able to work out
where to check from the pic below.
