[GreenKeys] Red paint on Teletypes...

Glyptal, originally made by General Electric. I have forgotten what
it was made of but it was supposed to be very tough and have good
dielectric properties. One can get "red varnish" now but I don't think
its the original stuff. A google search will bring some information.
