[GreenKeys] Ed Sharpe

Since when isn't the "..your own little (anything)" cliche +not+ a
patronizing, condescending or derisive voice? And why, I ask, was it
necessary to publicly run-down those who voted against the consensus? It's
one thing if this were a completely blind ballot, but Gil knows exactly who
voted what, and hence his comments were directed straight at an identified
group of members - apparently myself included.

I don't mind saying that I voted a qualified 'Yes', and here is my reply
verbatim:

Hey Gil,

Setting aside the noise level, Ed was a friendly and good-natured fellow,
and I for one wouldn't mind if he were back on the list. That said, he does
need to clearly recognize and accept that he wasn't suspended without good
reason. That sort of thing doesn't go on very often around here - no one
gets the boot on a whim.

If it seems that he's got a good grasp on the preceding issues, then by all
means, I vote you restore his account.
