[GreenKeys] Need HELP with 15RO

I have my TTY mentors Associated Press model 15RO on the bench, did a rookie mistake and need some help/advise.
The unit was totally gummed up as you can imagine. Simple Green did a wonderful job and I think I did well by not using too much oil after cleaning was completed.
Hand cranked for quite some time to make sure that all parts are moving freely.
The motor tested good and it was time to fire up.
The machine came back to live and actually she was printing pretty darn good with minor misprints only here and there.
Thought I can fix that minor problem with a tiny adjustment at the selector magnets. I loosened up the the two bolts at the bracket to move the magnets a hair up. Unfortunately, they slipped down and I can't find the correct position any more - printing garbage only and also pretty fast, quite a bit faster then my good working 15KSR. But the speed could be my imagination.

So, here is the million dollar question :
How do you usually install or adjust the magnets correctly ???

I am scratching my head now for the 3rd day :(
