[GreenKeys] CRLF or not CRLF?

There's a book about the late Datapoint Corp. which was home to Vic Poor
of RTTY fame.  Their first product was a CRT terminal which they called
the 3300.  Someone suggested that was because it was 100 times as good
as a Model 33 Teletype.

They took the terminal to some computer show and were not getting much
traffic past their booth.  Then they got the idea - there were lots of
exhibits on the floor using Model 33 Teletypes, and they arranged to
swap their 3300 terminals for the 33s.  And immediately got a lot of
enthusiasm.
