[GreenKeys] Model 28 keyboard issue. Pressing one key results in multiple letters printed

Hi Tom;

Open the cover.

Press a key and watch the clutch. It should spin once.

The key should go down and return to its normal position.

Let us know what the results are of those 2 tests.
