[GreenKeys] Rigblaster and RS-232 to USB adapters

FWIW, I have operated the Rigblaster and FLDigi recently successfully 
(PSK, not RTTY), should be only a matter of settings.  Works fine, 
FLDigi is full of features (maybe so many configuring may be 
"interesting")  Using direct connection to PC (no serial adapter) and 
custom cable to FT857, running W7.
