[GreenKeys] Model 28 keyboard issue. Pressing one key results in multiple letters printed

Hi Tom;

OK - if I got that right, that is expected.

Here's what I want you to do:

o lift up the cover.

o With you sitting in front of the machine, slightly
   to the left of the print unit, in the front, is a
   small silver box.

o To the right of that is a black pad.

o Behind the black pad is a clutch that faces you.

o Watching the clutch, press any key. Do that several times.

Did the clutch spin only once or twice?
