[GreenKeys] i-Telex and DSRTTY

Obviously, one of the things I need to be able to send is the WRU character.
FIGS D, US usage prints a $.
Typing $ in the DSRTTY Transmit buffer ignores the $.
Typing Alt-F (forced FIGS) followed by a D works, but I wanted the macro
to work.
None of the "You would think" based on the help file worked.
Then I tried \$
that works.
