Hi Pete and all!

What you have regarding the table, is a Model 15 basic one...

Judging by the gray colour, likely to be of Navy or Airforce
origin...

The only name plate I have seen on these tables is a small
brass ID tag with 'Teletype' embossed on a black background...

It is fastened with 4 very small brass screws and nuts...

The mounting holes on your table where it originally was
located, can be seen in your picture...

I believe AP and UPI, replaced these ID tags with their own
mounted in the same area on the table...

Seems like these 'Tags' are quite collectible items,
as they are often missing from covers and tables...

They do show up on our 'Favourite' auction site from time to
time!
