[GreenKeys] Friden SPD-V

Here is a picture of my Friden SPD-V. I've it to work pretty good, but decided to stop and send my power roll to JJ Short to get it recovered. No sense in adjusting with new resized parts coming.
You can see that I have the stand for the unit. I do not have the side table tops. I'm going back to the factory were I picked up the machine to look around and see if they are there.
Also, I have a 3 sided box that did come with the machine, but I do not know what it is for or where it fits. Any ideas? Thanks
