[GreenKeys] 2018 RTTY RU to include a "REAL" Teletype award category

Its a challenge to work  with "Glass" teletypes.  


You can anticipate the CR and LF's and certainly get your LF's with the platen hand crank on a 15.  Cant remember if the local CR is available with the cover on or not.  Either way, you need 3 hands to keep up.
