I think my 28KSR is equipped with that option and is also a three speed. I go to the storage tomorrow to make sure and take some pics.
I aquired the 28 a little over a year ago from an retired air traffic controler who worked at the Miami airport control tower for many years.

Other then Bulletin 1149B Parts page 2-76,77 I can't find anything about it.
And it looks like at least one part is bent.
So far all I can find out about it is from
http://www.virhistory.com/navy/manuals/tty/wu-11753b-intro.pdf PDF page 12 & 13.
And if someone has a printer with this option I'd like to get a picture
of what the bent part(s) should look like.
