Reminds me of a story...

Quite a few years ago there was a big ridicule against the
USSR - because they were still using tube radios.

Everybody thought that was hilarious - until one scientist
said that those radios could handle the EMI pulse from a nuclear
blast that would turn solid-state radios into bricks...

Trouble strikes in "series of threes" - but when
