[GreenKeys] Teletype Model 15 Pull Bar?

The neutral wire is tied to the earth ground at the fusebox, just as with
split-phase in the US.

It would have to be.. else, what's the point of having the ground
connection? You want a chassis at earth such that if a hot lead manages to
come in contact, it blows the fuse. That's the basic idea behind ground
safety.
