[GreenKeys] Milliamp meter shunting...

This is how you do meter shunts.

As an example, the meter on the rack panel is 1 mA full scale.
Since it is for setting loop current, I wanted it to read 100 mA full scale.
To get the correct shunt value resistor, I broke the ceramic off of a
5 ohm 5 watt ceramic resistor and used the internal fiberglass core and
then trimmed the nichrome wire until I had the correct reading.
