Hi Joe,
As Tom said below, MMTTY does it well.
You write your text as a text file in Notepad and then run MMTTY and transmit it to your printer where you can print it and punch a tape.
I’ve done it for a number of movie company shoots not to mention demonstrating a machine operating offline.
