[GreenKeys] ASR 33

I have restored a dumpster ASR 33 teletype a couple of years ago. I use it with my vintage computers and it is working well. I have been struggling with a broken control knob, the Line Off Local knob. This knob has the 'D' blown out of it. I have attempted to glue it, tape it, etc. but it does not work. I can use a radio knob with a 'D' shaft hole, but I was wondering if there is a knob that that looks close to the original is available. I've been looking but have not found anything. I also was considering whether or not a 3D printer may be able to make a new knob.
