You have the right idea but it's a bit more than one antenna.  We are paying the interest on deferred maintenance - deferred due to lack of funds.  But the good news is that enough donors have made contributions that we can hire on the crane and crew we need to get us pack in operation at least partially.  It's not cheap.  Just the first phase scope of work is over $15k and the total for whole project is over $100k.  Anyway we are very anxious to return to service and hope that can happen soon.
