I haven't but the bezel is made by James Millen. One of JM's products was
the parts needed to mount small CRTs. If you take the cover off there maybe
a JM MuMetal magnetic shield and a toggle clamp around the base of the CRT.
If so, one common mounting method was
the bezel has 4 screws (threaded studs) and they go though the front panel
then through 'ears' that are part of the shield, then eventually nuts to
pull it all together. pull the socket off the CRT, unlock the clamp and you
should be able to push CRT out.
Some setups you pulled back on the shield and lifted it along with the CRT
out.
