Well, I tried, but apparently you can't send .ZIP files to Greenkeys.

Hi all:

To answer Paul's question of the Autostart channel., I try to get AP's
"Today in History" running at about 0800, 1400 and 2000 Eastern time. (And
some pictures now and then when I have nothing to do) LOL

As an aside, if anyone wants to "chip in", there is a new mailer on
RTTY.com and which I have attached here - if it works.

For those who wish to use the "old" mailer, the changes are as follows:

For ITTY, make the following changes

Server: ITTY

SMPT Port: 593

Mail from: Your ID

Address: internet-tty.net // ITTY

--------------------

For Autostart the changes are:

Server: autostart

SMPT Port: 594

Mail from: Your ID

Address: internet-tty.net //AUTOSTART

ALSO - the setup in Colorado, does not need a special media player, as WMP
works just fine with it.

Thanks for listening.

Tom

Fortunately, thanks to George’s help in the past and a lot of trial and
error by me, ITTY in Arvada is alive and well. It has been very solid all
year thus far.

There are three channels:

ITTY: _HTTP://INTERNET-TTY.NET:8000/ITTY_
(http://internet-tty.net:8000/ITTY)

AUTO: _HTTP://INTERNET-TTY.NET:8030/AUTOSTART_
(http://internet-tty.net:8030/AUTOSTART)

EUROPE: _HTTP://INTERNET-TTY.NET:8040/EUROPE_
(http://internet-tty.net:8040/EUROPE)

ITTY is a continuous feed of news related stories and is cared for by our
own Tom Tilson, although if you copy the feed you will find articles
occasionally from others. ITTY operates at 60WPM, Mark 2150Hz, 170Hz shift

AUTO is a feed that only sends out one time whatever is sent to it. It
also sends out all emails from the Greenkeys list as well as a news of the day
feed (thanks again to Tom) at various times throughout the day. AUTO
operates at 60 WPM, Mark 2150Hz, 170Hz shift

Tom, please remind us what times the news of the day prints.

EUROPE is a continuous feed for European users. It automatically generates
new stories that are appropriate for European audiences for various news
sources. EUROPE operates at 66WPM, Mark 1275Hz, 170Hz shift. I am still
seeking users for this channel to copy content and inform me of problems. I
know that some of the characters do not translate correctly (the apostrophe
for example) and I am working to resolve such problems. I believe I have
solved the problem of $ triggering WRU, but look for confirmation of this from
anyone who copies the channel.

Enjoy these channels!

All of ITTY is down.

We lost three computers this evening and there are no trustworthy backups.

My local user's group has a fair stock of some identical Dell units, and I
will be in touch in the morning to see what I can wrangle.

Until I know more, I apologize.

Regards,

George - W7TTY
