Well sort of. I'm not aware of RTTYAudio2012.exe, so I can't compare it to that. If you look at the rtty.com website you can find a description of ITTY.

ITTY is a general term for the service as well as one other three channels available on the service.

There are two parts to using the ITTY service. The first part is sending content to it. You send text content, either by typing it in or by sending a text file. The best way to send content to ITTY is using RTTYMailer.exe, but there are other ways as well. RTTYMailer is a GUI app. I just went to the website to get a link to the app, and Bill Bytheway's side seems to be routing on to a different site. I'm not sure what happened to Bill. We'll have to investigate.

If you send content to ITTY, it gets added to a loop with other content. Tom usually cleans out the loop once a day and adds new content. d

It is usually better when you want to play or impress others to send content to AUTOSTART. This prints right away and only one time.

All content gets encoded into audio signals and streamed out over one of the three channels. You can use any RTTY GUI receiving program to view the content or you can hook up an RTTY modem (ST-6, ST-6000, whatever) to the output of the sound card on your computer and the model will transform it into current loop and it will print on your teletype.

I hope this helps understand the service. Let me know if more questions.

Paul
