[GreenKeys] Black Box RS232 - current loop converters on epay - 232/CL-E

Jerry,

'sorry for the dumb question, but what is a selector magnet driver?  
Does this mean that there's additional circuitry needed between the 4 
current loop wires of this box and the typical plain vanilla ASR-33?
